At Exotic Holiday, we understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the charges and process that apply when you cancel a confirmed booking. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to info@exoticholiday.co.in. The date on which we receive your written request will be treated as the date of cancellation for calculating charges.
Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost, based on the number of days remaining before the trip start date:
Certain bookings such as flights, special train tickets, permits and peak-season hotel reservations may carry non-refundable charges from suppliers. These will be deducted in addition to the above and communicated to you at the time of booking.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days of confirming the cancellation. Applicable bank charges, gateway fees and non-refundable supplier costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the rare event that we cancel a trip due to circumstances within our control, you will be offered an alternative date, an alternative package of equivalent value, or a full refund of the amount paid to us. We are not liable for costs such as flight tickets or visas booked independently by you.
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural calamities, extreme weather, roadblocks, strikes, pandemics or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds are subject to the amounts we are able to recover from our suppliers.
